Atlanta Flat Fee Options Are Varied; You Need to Compare All Offers and Make Sure You Get on a MLS

With so many options available to any fsbo in Atlanta looking to save money and sell their home with a flat fee mls listing, it is more important than ever to pay attention to what the different brokers offer. Many brokers offer only a listing on their single fsbo website, which is of almost no value, while others offer a MLS listing and nothing else. Never sign up for a flat fee listing that does not connect you do your local mls.

First make sure the flat fee mls broker uses a mls. In Atlanta Georgia there are two options, the FMLS and the GAMLS. I believe the FMLS is better. A flat fee listing without a mls is worthless No other marketing tool comes close to the power of the mls for selling a home; in fact, over 90% of all sold homes are done so directly by a mls Listing.. This service allows agents to instantly advertise listing information to 2,260 member offices as well as share the information on the World Wide Web with thousands of websites from both local and national brokers.

Don’t settle on your home’s flat fee mls listing, especially given the larger number of options available. Just remember to shop around until you find the best deal.
